Counselling via Zoom
If you need mental health support, want help clarifying and achieving your goals, wish to maximise your overall self-development, or if you're simply feeling stuck, I can help. As a Doctor of Psychology, I draw on over 10 years of research and training to provide you with the highest quality of service available.
How I can help:
Mental Health Support. I can help you to address mental health problems such as depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. I can also help you to maintain your mental health during times of stress, such as when you're experiencing a significant loss or a major life transition.
General Wellbeing. I'll help you to identify which areas of life you are struggling with. I'll then help you to let go of the things that are holding you back and create new daily habits and patterns of thinking to improve your emotional and physical wellbeing.
Relationships. I can help you to understand relationship problems and find healthy strategies to address them. I can also help you to improve the depth and authenticity of your existing relationships and attract new connections into your life.
Direction and Meaning. I can help you to clarify exactly what you want your life to be like in the future. This involves identifying your highest values, your unique strengths, and the things that matter to you most. I can also help you to explore deeper spiritual and philosophical questions about finding meaning in life.
Achieving your Goals. I’ll help you to create effective strategies to achieve your goals and move you closer to your ideal future. I’ll help you to stay focused and motivated in each session, to learn and adapt when challenges arise, and to maintain balance so that you avoid burnout.
What to Expect
We'll start with a free introductory session. This allows us to meet each other and talk about the kind of support you need. If you don't know what kind of support you need, we can do an assessment of how fulfilled you are in all the major areas of your life. This includes your mental and physical health, your career, your finances, your living situation, your relationships, and your sense of meaning and purpose.
If we decide to work together, we can then book additional sessions. I usually recommend starting with six sessions. As we work together, I’ll help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and any challenges you are facing. I'll also help you take concrete steps to achieve your goals and improve your wellbeing.
I use an eclectic approach, which means that I use a wide range of theories and techniques. This includes Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). The service I provide is tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
My Promise to You
You can expect to be deeply heard and empathised with. You can expect to be treated with unconditional positive regard and respect at all times. I may provide suggestions and insights, but I won't tell you what to do; I'll always honour your own preferences and decisions. I will be your personal ally, dedicated to helping you live a healthy and meaningful life.

Service via Zoom
I provide my services via Zoom. You can receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, as well as when you’re travelling; all you need is a reliable high-quality internet connection. Studies show that web-based sessions are just as effective as face-to-face sessions for most issues. However, web-based services are not appropriate in cases of severe mental illness, trauma, or for people at risk of suicide. If this applies to you, please seek appropriate support through your GP.
Sessions and Fees
The first step is to book a free introductory session via Zoom, where we can discuss working together and address any questions you may have. If we do decide to work together after your free session, I'll recommend regular weekly or fortnightly sessions for maximum benefit. Session fees are as follows:
Standard Rate: $125 per 50-minute Zoom session.
Concession rate: $75 per 50-minute Zoom session.
I offer a 10% discount when you pay for 6 or more sessions in advance. I accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Bitcoin. Please note that you must be 18+ and proficient in English.
