You’ll learn all my best lucid dreaming tips and tricks, and I'll show you how to tailor the techniques to you!

In this course, you're going to learn the most effective technique known to science for learning lucid dreaming. You're also going to learn how to control your lucid dreams, and you're going to learn about the benefits and applications of lucid dreaming. This includes overcoming nightmares, gaining creative inspiration and personal insight in your lucid dreams, and improving your skills and abilities by practicing them within your lucid dreams.
In addition to the benefits of learning lucid dreaming, all of the techniques in this course have benefits in and of themselves. For example, reality testing is not only a powerful lucid dreaming technique, it's also a wonderful mindfulness and relaxation practice during the day.
One of the features of this course is that I'm going to highlight the extra benefits of each technique, so you can get the most out of your lucid dreaming training.
Another unique benefit of this course is that I'm going to help you tailor the techniques to you, so that by the end of the course, you'll have your own personalised lucid dreaming training practice.
This course is designed to take six weeks, and I recommend that you pick one day each week and then start each week of the course on the same day. However, if you need to, you can complete this course at a self-paced rate and take as long as you need.
The course is structured carefully so that everything you learn each week builds upon the lessons and the techniques of the week before. To make this process easier for you, there will be a new course guide for you to download each week. After the table of contents, you're going to find a list of tasks that will set you up for the week ahead. After this, you'll find your lucid dreaming training program for the week, which will tell you exactly what to do directly before bed, during the night, when you wake up in the morning, and during the day.
As you learn new techniques during the course, they will be added to your lucid dreaming training program in bold text so that you know exactly what to do each week. The bulk of your course books are going to be made up of lucid dreaming technique instructions, and then at the end you'll find a morning logbook. This is an extremely valuable tool. It includes questions about your sleep, your dream recall, and the way in which you practice the techniques, which helps you to refine your lucid dreaming training each week.
