The Science and Practice of Lucid Dreaming

In this five-hour interactive workshop you'll hear about the latest in lucid dreaming science, learn effective techniques for inducing, prolonging and controlling lucid dreams, and learn how to use lucid dreaming for overcoming nightmares, creative inspiration, improving skills and abilities, and more. You'll get to connect with like-minded lucid dreamers, participate in a range of lucid dreaming training exercises, and you'll have a chance to ask anything you want about lucid dreaming in an open Q&A discussion session at the end. This workshop is suited to beginners and advanced lucid dreamers alike.

Included in the price of the ticket, you’ll also receive:

Glow in the dark “Are you dreaming?” wristband (for one of the techniques you’ll be learning)
Written instructions for the lucid dreaming techniques
Copy of my latest scientific paper, the National Australian Lucid Dream Induction Study, so you can see for yourself the research behind the techniques you’ll be learning
