Psychology Sessions

If you are seeking a psychologist for mental health support, want help clarifying and achieving your goals, wish to maximise your overall self-development, or if you're simply feeling stuck, I can help.

How I can help:

  • Mental Health Support. I can provide therapy for a range of mental health problems. I have a particular interest in trauma-related disorders (e.g. PTSD), ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, complex health difficulties, and low self-esteem. I can also help you maintain your mental health during times of stress, such as when you're experiencing a significant loss, or a major life transition.

  • Direction and Meaning. I can help you to cultivate a more meaningful and fulfilling life. This often involves strategies to identify and express your own core values, your unique strengths, and the things that matter to you most. I can also help you explore deeper spiritual and philosophical questions related to purpose and meaning in life.

  • Psychedelic Integration. Psychedelic therapy is an area of special interest for me. I can provide evidence-based information about harm minimisation, help you make sense of psychedelic experiences you have already had, and help you to integrate psychedelic healings and insights to create lasting change. I am exploring legal avenues to provide psychedelic assisted therapy in government-approved clinical trials, However, I do not provide psychedelic-assisted therapy at this time.

What to Expect:

We'll start by assessing the root cause of what you need help with. Once we understand the cause, we'll explore a range of concrete evidence-based strategies to support you. We'll then implement a plan for therapy that feels right for you, tracking progress over time and making adjustments as needed.

I use an integrative approach, which means that I use a wide range of psychological theories and techniques. This includes Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focussed Therapy, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). The service I provide is holistic and tailored to your unique needs and preferences.

You can expect to feel deeply heard and empathised with. You can expect to be treated with unconditional positive regard at all times. I may provide suggestions and insights, but I won't tell you what to do; I'll always honour your own preferences and decisions. I will be your personal ally, dedicated to helping you live a balanced and meaningful life.
